Machine Inter-Wiring

Daley Electric Company has been installing process machinery for decades. We have worked in various production industries including waste water and manufacturing as well as gas distribution. We have experience installing production equipment that has many systems and components that require inter-wiring with regard to control, communications and power. We are very familiar with the field wiring of inputs and outputs of PLC’s and motor control.

Electrical contractors work completing many types of wiring installations. Not all electrical contractors are familiar with machine wiring. Machines require a power feed and sometimes are required to be interconnected to other pieces of equipment along a production line. Many pieces of production equipment or machinery have a main control cabinet and many remote switches, sensors and motors. It is important to know the wiring methods to be used in regard to wire type for power and communications. It is also important to know how to install conduit systems to protect the wiring. The wiring systems must function properly within the equipment guidelines and meet the standards of the electrical code.
